中文文摘 PDM系统处于企业信息系统中的基础和核心地位。在PDM系统的开发过程中,面向对象的系统建模技术和分布式软件体系结构技术是两项重要的使能技术。 采用面向对象UML进行PDM系统的建模。结合高压线路设计具体领域,采用Use Case 图进行需求分析,采用UML活动图机制进行对其工作流建模、分析、重组,并建立以产品结构为中心的产品数据模型。采用UML的4+1视图模型体系记录展示PDM系统计划, 采用二维迭代式软件工程方法进行其开发组织。 采用DCOM分布式对象组件技术建构PDM系统的分布式体系结构,形成数据层、业务对象层、界面层三层式PDM软件构架。采用文件系统的结构化存储接口和数据库系统的OLE DB接口解决PDM数据层对分布性和异构性的支持。采用连接点技术解决多专业间协同工作问题。采用接口文件、自动化接口、ActiveX控件三种方式集成了CAD出版工具。 设计了高压线路设计领域的PDM系统体系结构。设计并实现了金具绝缘子串组装设计平台,完成串装配结构设计、可装配性校核等功能。设计并实现了机电设计平台,完成电线力学计算、设备的自动化配置、手工交互排位等设计功能。采用动态规划优化算法解决计算机自动优化排位问题。实现与AutoCAD、Word的集成,可直接将设计计算结果自动生成AutoCAD工程图和Word计算书。该系统在电力设计院的试用中,支持和推动了设计过程的重组,使人力资源需求大幅减少,设计周期缩短,设计差错减少,设计更加优化,迅速提高了设计院在招投标市场中的竞争力。
英文文摘 PDM system is the foundation and core in the enterprise information system . During the development of PDM system ,it is the two important enable technology that the Object Oriented system model technology and Distributed software architecture technology . UML is adopted to model the PDM system .In the practice of design of transimmision line,the Use Case Diagram is adopted to analysis requirements, UML Activity Diagram is adopted to model、analysis and reorganize its workflow,then an product data model centered on the product’s structure is established. After that , the UML 4+1 Views model architecture is adopted to record and show the plan of PDM system,and the two demension overlap software engineering method is adopted to organize the development of PDM system. DCOM technology is adopted to establish the distributed architecture of PDM system, that form a software framework of three layers namely data layer、business object layer and user interface layer . The two interface ,named the structure strorage interface of file system and the OLE DB interface of database system , are adopted to support distribution and heterology in the data layer of PDM.Then, connect point technology is adopted to solve the collaboration between multiple mayors,the three methods namely interface file、automatic interface and ActiveX control,are adopted to intergrate the CAD publishing tools. At last , the architecture is designed in the PDM system of Transmission line design. Then , the design platform of assembling metalwares and insulators into a Cluster is designed and implemented ,which can accomplish the design of the Cluster’s assemble structure and check whether it can be assembled. The mechanical and electrical design platform is also designed and implemented , which can accomplish mechanical calculation of the wire,automatic configuration of the elements,and the interactive manual location of the tower.After that A dynamic programming algorithm is used to deal with the automatic and optimal location of the tower.And then,it is implemented to integrate with AutoCAD and Word ,so the platform can generate engineering drawing in AutoCAD and calculating book in Word.When the system is on probation in some design institute of electric power,it supports and promote the reconstruction of design process.As a result , manpower consumption in design process is decreaseed;design cycle is shortened;errors in design process are eliminated, and design process is optimized.Finnaly,competence of design institute of electic power in bid market is improved rapidly by this system.
